Digital illustration. This is the only surviving drawing of 3 versions. The first one was an experiment with colors. Didn’t work. I deleted it. Even though it was 2:30 in the morning the Muses insisted I try again. I did this. Then I tried to experiment with blacks. It didn’t work either. Deleted. I decided to stick with this one. It was 4:30 in the morning. I went to bed.
The Muses had suggested I draw her after I learned that Annie Wersching had also played the Borg Queen. I didn’t know that! Annie died this past January. Very sad. I always liked her. I’ll have to draw her someday. But not as the Borg Queen.
