According to family tradition I have some Irish in me. But then again, as a typical American, I have a mixed heritage. In my case a bit of, but not limited to, some Irish, Scottish, Welsh, French, English, Cherokee, Chickasaw and a bunch of German. But mostly Texan. But who cares? On Saint Patrick’s Day we’re ALL a bit Irish.

Another grandkid request. I deflected the calls for a drawing that was basically a repeat of the Dragon Princess Tea Party (August, 2010) but she insisted we have a “Cinderella” princess, a friendly dragon and a castle. The dragon should be blue and have a blue bow. What? Later she added that the dragon should be a rainbow dragon. Again, what? Here is what I came up with. I didn’t have a scanner available and had to take photos of the drawing but you get the idea.

Dorothy, you’re not in Canton anymore.
