Kiss

I had several ideas about how to do this; acrylic on canvas, color pencil, etc. Charcoal was not even thought of until I actually began to work. I fought it but the muse insisted I stay with charcoal.
Coincidentally, I finished this on Valentine’s Day.

The muse then insisted I do a color version so I gave in even though I absolutely hate to do the same subject more than once. The colors didn’t scan as well as I wanted but you get the idea of this blue/pink version.

I’ll let you decide which you prefer.

Top: charcoal and chalk on paper, 10″ X 10″

Bottom: color pencil on paper, 10″ X 10″
